The invention relates to a device for determining the center coordinates of circular wall holes.
In order to be able to cut and process cladding elements, for example ceramic tiles according to a given wall structure, it is known (AT 514 552 B1) for measuring surface points that determine wall boundaries, projecting and projecting wall parts, openings for different installations or wall openings on the wall project the axes of a reference coordinate system in order to be able to measure the coordinates of these surface points with respect to the projected horizontal and vertical axis of the reference coordinate system. Difficulties here are wall holes with a usually circular cross section, because the center coordinates of the circular openings, which clearly determine the position of these wall holes, cannot be easily measured.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a device which can be used to determine the center coordinates of circular wall openings with little effort.
The invention solves this problem by a wall-mounted gauge, which has a V-shaped cutout delimited by two angle legs, a measuring ruler to extend the angular symmetry between the two angle legs, and two vials, one of which is parallel and the other perpendicular to the measuring ruler are arranged.

If such a teaching is applied to a circle in such a way that the two angle legs delimiting the V-shaped cutout form tangents to the circle, the angular symmetry between the two angle legs runs through the center of the circle.
